Every now and then we get a SECOND enquiry for information. Most of the times this is because the very nature of the reply that was sent the first time means that some spam filters do not let it pass.

This may also mean that it is impossible to reset the password yourself.

So if you have made an enquiry but did not get an answer, please DO send us a second email!
